이용약관

이 약관은 WhereWise(wherewise.ca)를 쓰는 조건입니다. WhereWise는 회사가 아니며, BC주 밴쿠버에 사는 개인 [운영자 법적 이름](이하 "우리")이 운영합니다.

사이트를 쓰면 이 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 사이트를 쓰지 마세요. 한국어판과 영어판의 뜻이 다르면 [영어판]을 따릅니다. [법률 검토: 기준 언어]

These terms are the conditions for using WhereWise (wherewise.ca). WhereWise is not a company: it is run by one individual in Vancouver, British Columbia, [owner’s legal name] (“we”).

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If the Korean and English versions differ, the [English] version applies. [Lawyer to review: which language governs]

지금 WhereWise는 베타이며 무료입니다. 기능, 자료, 이용 한도는 미리 알리지 않고 바뀌거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 계정은 없습니다. 나중에 유료 기능을 만들면 그 조건을 따로 알립니다.

WhereWise is currently a free beta. Features, data and usage limits may change or stop without notice. There are no accounts. If we add paid features later, we will set out their terms separately.

사이트의 숫자, 등급, 계산 결과, AI 답은 참고용 정보입니다. 재무, 법률, 부동산, 투자, 세무, 회계 조언이 아니며, 우리와 여러분 사이에 전문가와 고객 관계가 생기지 않습니다.

The figures, grades, calculator results and AI answers on this site are information only. They are not financial, legal, real-estate, investment, tax or accounting advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship between you and us.

Before a decision such as signing a lease, buying property or opening a business, check the location in person and confirm with the relevant authorities (such as the City) and with professionals such as an accountant, lawyer or real-estate professional.

자료는 공공 기관과 공개 데이터에서 왔고, 자료마다 기준 시점이 다릅니다. 오래되었거나, 빠졌거나, 틀린 값이 있을 수 있고, 일부는 우리가 계산한 추정치입니다. 자료를 낸 기관은 이 사이트의 내용을 보증하지 않으며 책임지지 않습니다. 출처와 라이선스는 데이터 출처 페이지에 있습니다.

The data comes from public bodies and open data, and each dataset has its own reference date. Some values may be outdated, missing or wrong, and some are estimates we calculated. The data providers do not endorse this site and are not responsible for its content. Sources and licences are listed on the Data sources page.

AI 상담의 답은 AI 모델(Anthropic의 Claude)이 사이트의 숫자를 바탕으로 자동으로 씁니다. 숫자를 옮기는 과정은 확인하지만, 해석과 문장은 틀리거나 오해를 낳을 수 있습니다. 답만 믿고 결정하지 마세요. 질문에 개인정보나 비밀 정보를 넣지 마세요.

베타 동안 한 사람(IP 주소 기준)은 모두 10번, 전체 이용자는 합쳐서 3,000번까지 물을 수 있습니다. 한도는 바뀔 수 있고, 한도에 닿으면 상담이 멈춥니다.

Answers in the AI chat are written automatically by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude) from the figures on this site. We check how numbers are carried into answers, but the interpretation and wording can still be wrong or misleading. Do not base a decision on an answer alone. Do not put personal or confidential information into your questions.

During the beta, each person (counted by IP address) can ask 10 questions in total, and everyone together can ask 3,000. These limits may change, and the chat stops when a limit is reached.

• 스크래핑, 크롤링, 봇이나 스크립트로 페이지·자료·API를 대량으로 받거나 자동으로 접근하는 것 [운영자 결정: 검색 엔진의 일반적인 색인을 예외로 둘지 — 지금은 검색에서 빠지게(noindex) 되어 있음]
• IP 주소를 바꾸는 등의 방법으로 이용 한도를 피하거나 늘리려는 시도
• 사이트나 서버의 보안을 시험하거나, 운영을 방해하거나, 과부하를 주는 것
• 사이트의 내용이나 계산 결과를 대량으로 복제해 다시 게시하거나, 팔거나, 경쟁 서비스를 만드는 데 쓰는 것 (원자료의 라이선스가 허락하는 이용은 예외 — 아래 "권리와 소유" 참고)
• 법을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 이용

이를 어기면 미리 알리지 않고 접근을 막을 수 있습니다.

Please do not:

• scrape or crawl the site, or use bots or scripts to download pages, data or the API in bulk or to access them automatically [Owner to decide: whether ordinary search-engine indexing is allowed — the site is currently set to noindex];
• try to get around or raise the usage limits, for example by changing IP addresses;
• probe the security of the site or server, interfere with its operation, or overload it;
• copy the site’s content or results in bulk to republish or sell them, or to build a competing service (uses that the original data licences allow are not affected — see “Ownership” below);
• use the site to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

If you do, we may block your access without notice.

The underlying public data stays under each provider’s own licence; see the Data sources page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you. For example, data we derived from OpenStreetMap is available on request under the ODbL.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for any loss of profit, revenue or data, or for any loss from business decisions, arising from using or being unable to use the site or the AI answers. In any other case, our total liability will not exceed [CAD $100].

Some laws do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law allows.

이 약관은 캐나다 BC주의 법과 BC주에 적용되는 캐나다 연방법을 따릅니다. 이 약관이나 사이트에 관한 분쟁은 BC주 법원에서 다룹니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes about these terms or the site will be heard in the courts of British Columbia.
